Transparent pricing

Know what IT costs before you call

Most IT companies hide their pricing behind a sales call. We don't. Here's how our flat monthly plans work, what's in each one, and roughly what you should expect to pay.

Managed plans

Simple per-user pricing, billed monthly

Every plan is a flat fee per user, per month. No hourly billing, no ticket surcharges, and no surprise invoices when something goes wrong.

Essentials

For small teams that mainly need reliable support and the security basics done right.  Pricing starts at...
$25/user/mo
5-user minimum · month-to-month available  Get a firm quote
  • Unlimited remote helpdesk, business hours
  • 24/7 monitoring & automated patching
  • Managed endpoint protection (anti-malware)
  • Workstation backup to the cloud
  • Microsoft 365 user & license management
  • Vendor coordination (ISP, printers, apps)

Compliance

For regulated businesses answering to auditors, regulators, or a cyber-insurance carrier.  Pricing starts at...
$75/user/mo
Scoped after a compliance assessment Talk to us
  • Everything in Complete, plus:
  • Security awareness training & phishing simulations
  • HIPAA / PCI control mapping & documentation
  • Written security policies & incident response plan
  • Cyber-insurance questionnaire support
  • Advanced logging & monthly compliance reporting
  • Named vCIO with monthly executive reviews
  • Annual security risk assessment

Prices shown are typical starting points for North Georgia businesses. Your firm quote comes after a free assessment, because a 12-person dental office and a 40-person manufacturer need genuinely different things.

Pricing questions

The things people ask before signing

Why per user instead of per device?

Because people, not machines, are what your business actually runs on. Most employees now use a laptop, a phone, and sometimes a desktop. Per-user pricing means you're never penalized for giving someone a second device, and your bill is predictable as you hire.

What counts as a "user"?

Anyone with a login who needs support: full-time and part-time staff, and contractors who use your systems. Shared devices like a reception kiosk or a warehouse terminal are covered without counting as a user.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

No. Documenting your environment, deploying our tooling, and fixing the urgent issues we find during onboarding are part of the plan. If onboarding turns up a major project (say, a failing server that needs replacing), we quote that separately and you decide.

What if we need something outside the plan?

You hear about it before the work starts, never after. We'll tell you what it is, what it costs, and whether it can wait. That's the whole point of a flat plan: the surprises should be ours to absorb, not yours to discover on an invoice.

Do we have to commit to a long contract?

Month-to-month is available on Essentials, and longer terms come with better rates on the larger plans. We'll lay out the options honestly during your assessment and recommend the one that fits, not the one that locks you in longest.

Can we change plans later?

Yes, in either direction, at any renewal. Plenty of clients start on Essentials and move up to Complete once they see the value, and some move to Compliance when they take on a regulated client or buy cyber insurance.

Is hardware or software licensing included?

Our management, monitoring, and security tooling is included. Third-party licenses you own (Microsoft 365, line-of-business apps) and physical hardware are billed at cost, and we'll always tell you when a cheaper licensing path exists.
